I'm having problems tracking my order.

The carrier will usually take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact us at info@daisyandzarafa.com and we'll try to help.

Can I edit my shipping address?

Once you've placed an order, you can't edit any of the details. But if you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email us at info@daisyandzarafa.com and we'll try to help.

Can I use a gift card?

We don't offer gift cards yet, but we're working on it! We'll let you know asap when those are available.

Help! I received the wrong product!

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@daisyandzarafa.com and we'll help you get what you ordered.

When will my credit card or account be charged?

Your credit card or account will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, credit cards, or debit cards. We also accept PayPal or Venmo. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Check that your billing details match what you’ve entered into our system. Your card or account won't tell us why your payment is declined so it's best to check with your provider.
