ORDERING
Placing an order takes a few seconds. Just input your information in your cart and we'll start working on it.
(Also: We encourage you not to auto-save your information in your browser -- for us or anyone. It's up to you, of course. Saving your information does make it faster to shop. But while it may take a little longer, we say: Practice good digital hygiene!)
If you need to update your order, contact us at info@daisyandzarafa.com within one hour (60 minutes) of ordering. If we haven't already started, we'll see if we can process your request to change, cancel, or add to your existing order.
If you need to check the status of your order, view it on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
SHIPPING
We are currently shipping within the United States.You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
We offer two shipping speeds, for those of you who want to savor the anticipation and for those of you can't wait.
Estimated Shipping Time from time of order
Standard: 7-10 business days.
Rush 2-3 business days.
The above estimates include processing and shipping time. Custom pieces will be shipped once finalized and made and so will take longer.
After you’ve placed an order, please allow 7-12 business days to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details.
We are working to send Daisy and Zarafa around the world! Please come back to find out when we will be shipping internationally. (And we'll let you know via our feeds, too!) Tag us @daisyandzarafa and tell us where you are.
REPAIRS
If a piece of jewelry breaks, please don't worry. Most of our pieces are made on wire making the pieces very strong but if a piece comes apart, please save all the beads. We will restring the piece for you for up to 90 days after purchase. Contact us at info@daisyandzarafa.com to let us know within 90 days and we'll arrange the repair.
RETURNS
If you'd like to return a piece, we're sorry you didn't love it! Please contact us at info@daisyandzarafa.com with your order number and the name of the product(s) you'd like to exchange or return and we'll take it from there.
Note that you have 30 days from the date the order was placed to ask for a return or exchange.
If you'd like a refund, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
All Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at all.
